This notice explains what Al Mozan does with information you send through this website.

What we collect

The request-a-quote form asks for your company, name, position, business email, optional phone number, destination, product requirement and message. We collect nothing else, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The form keeps a draft in your own browser (localStorage) so that a page reload does not lose your entry; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, perform the contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where a contract follows, the performance of that contract.

Where it goes

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our email system and stored in our CRM. We do not sell or rent contact data and we do not send marketing email without consent. Data may be processed in Canada and the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by emailing the address in the footer. EU and UK residents may also complain to their data-protection authority.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Contract records are kept for the period required by commercial and tax law.
